Michael Nooney (Back Pain Clinic Naas) is a highly qualified and experienced Osteopath based in Walterstown Lower, Nurney, County Kildare, and has been treating back problems and other injuries for 22 years. Michael has vast experience and extensive knowledge in diagnosing, treating, & managing acute and chronic back pain, back problems, as well as numerous musculo-skeletal problems and sports related injuries. The majority of these patients do not know the cause of their pain, while others can identify a specific injury. Patients travel from Naas, Newbridge, Kill, Athy, Sallins, Clane, Monasterevin, Ballymore Eustace, Castledermot, Celbridge, Kilcullen, Johnstown, Rathangan, Timahoe, Straffan, Leixlip, Narraghmore, Moone, Carbury, Kilcock, and a great amount of patients travel from Co. Dublin.  However, it is a testament to Michael’s ability that Michael has patients travel from the four corners of Ireland to attend his clinic. While patients whom have emigrated, often schedule appointments with Michael when they are home on holidays. Over his years in practice, Michael has treated numerous patients, mostly presenting with back pain, however Michael ALSO specialise's  in Ankle and Wrist bone re-alignments -  which are quite a common enough occurrence. Michael’s story
Michael has trained in Marital Arts for 40 years and has represented Ireland at the very highest levels of the sport, in the World Karate Championships.
Throughout his own physical training, Michael obtained a great deal of knowledge & expertise in sports related injuries. He learned the benefits of Osteopathy first hand, when he himself required treatment having sustained a back injury during training.

Michael specialises in Sports related injuries and has worked on patients from every sporting discipline including, GAA, Rugby, Golf, Soccer, Horse Riding, Karate and Motocross Racing, to name a few.

We are ideally located, just five minutes drive from the Kildare Village exit, off the M7 motorway (exit 13). We are in a country setting, with off road parking.
